Preto Show
Preto Show is a former member of The Groove and is one of the biggest stars in Angolan music. His life story is considered inspirational, since his mother abandoned him when he was a child and was taken care of by his grandmother.
Despite the success he has achieved, Preto Show keeps a turbulent and difficult past, for having been abandoned by his mother, who immigrated to Portugal, leaving behind two children, and going so far as to tell the stepfather of his children that they were his brothers.
The musician revealed that he faced many difficulties (he slept in storage rooms of buildings and in a church), together with his late grandmother, who raised him after he was abandoned by his mother, so everything he is today was thanks to his grandmother, who is for him, his real mother.
