Golden Tz — born Salum Said Nyangumwe — is a Bongo Flava and Afrobeat artist from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. With roots in Gairo, Morogoro, his music carries the warmth of his upbringing and the grit of the city that shaped him.
Discovered at just 5 years old when he sang at a relative's funeral, music has always been Golden's calling. He later earned a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Dar es Salaam, sharpening his craft under the mentorship of the late Rugemalila Mutahaba of Clouds Media.
